TECHNICAL ARCHITECT, HEALTHCARE ARCHITECT

Job Description:
Contractor must have knowledge of Payer systems. Knowledge of Quote to Bill cycle; Adjudication Platforms; HIPAA transactions; EDI X12 and XML; Related application such as FACETS; ClaimCheck; DRG Grouper; NASCO and FEP Platform; Prior knowledge / engagement with CareFirst in similar capacity is preferable. However - at minimum, prior engagement in Solution Architecture capacity in other PAYER organization is a must.
This is a project specific assignment. The contractor will develop Solution Architecture package (SAP-2) and artifacts - including UML, Visio and System Architect and PPT deliverables. Knowledge of related technologies and methodologies such as: Portal (WebSphere); PEGA (Rules; Workflow); TIBCO; J2EE; and SOA is expected. Contractor is expected to work in a team setting and be physically on-site 5 days a week. Contractor will follow the established SDLC and Solution Architecture methodologies and disciplines.
Must be coachable, fast learner, and have ability to provide executive presentations, with strong communication - verbal and written skills.
JAVA DEVELOPER

Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, Ant, TOAD.
Able to construct software design through UML and software process modeling.
Write SQL (both DML and DDL) and stored procedures.
Experience with Oracle a must.
